I have advised senior leaders through hiring and succession decisions, culture and organization change, and the moments when a company's strategy moves faster than its leadership team. I have sat on the inside of those decisions, with the consequences that come with them, not just observed them from outside.
I founded DeepSight Strategy™ to bring that experience directly to CEOs working through similar decisions today. This is a principal-led practice.
